This pumpkin spice creamer is the fastest and cheapest way to a pumpkin spice creamer you’ll find! First, make my paleo/vegan pumpkin butter . It’s fast and easy!
No blender, no fumbling around with date pastes, food processors, etc. All you need is a mason jar with a lid, and a few simple ingredients.
1 Minute Paleo Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
1 C Unsweetened Almond Milk (coconut or raw milk works, too)
2 T Pumpkin Butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a mason jar, shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add to iced coffee or heat to add to hot coffee. Can also be frothed in an espresso machine with a frothing wand, or mini frother.
Keep refrigerated. Lasts about 7 days in the fridge, unless you drink it faster. Who am I kidding? You’ll definitely drink it faster than that.
