Chocolate Donut Ghee Truffles

Truffles:1/3 C+2T Coconut milk, full fat

1/2T Ghee (I prefer omghee)

2t Slow Train Coffee grounds

8ozs EnjoyLife Chocolate Chips
Topping:

2 tbsp FlavorGod Chocolate Donut Seasoning
1. Truffles: Bring coconut milk to a boil.

2. Lower to a simmer, add omghee, espresso, and chocolate bar. Whisk until blended.

3. Transfer to a bowl, refrigerate for 3 hours.

4. Topping goes into a shallow bowl. 

5. Take chilled truffle mix, using cookie dough scoop, make 8 equal rounded truffles, rolling in topping. Chill until enjoyed.
