Yes, I’m on pain pills right now, so I’m pretty sure this was the med’s idea not mine, but damn Gina, it’s so good. One minute I was flat on the couch in pajamas & bed head watching Twilight, the next I was roasted hazelnuts & pumpkin to make this.
Y’all, oxycodone is no joke. But nevertheless, this stuff is fantastic.
Pumpkin Spice Nutella
2 C toasted, hulled hazelnuts
1 C coconut milk
1/4 C real roasted pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp coconut nectar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp ghee, I prefer omgheebutter
1/2 C cacao powder
Pinch sea salt
1. In a food processor, process hazelnuts until creamy.
2. Slowly drizzle in coconut milk.
