Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee (Paleo, Whole30)

Brace yourself, it’s September, which means one thing: Pumpkin Spice All The Things! Seriously, pumpkin spice it all. No holds barred, I’m eating pumpkin all day, everyday from now until December.  

Are you ready for a million pumpkin recipes? Because here they come. Don’t worry, I’ll try to throw in a steak or salad every once in a while. 

Earlier, I posted about Pumpkin Spice Nutella that I made in a practically drug induced coma this morning. A kitchen burn accident earlier this week has me scaling back in the cooking area, but I’m still creating. 

Since it’s a bit warm here still, I’m drinking my coffee on ice still, but I’m ready for pumpkin spice. So I combined them. A splash of summer and fall together! 

Go forth and pumpkin spice up your life!

Start here:

Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee

1 C Coconut milk (almond, cashew or cow’s milk) 

8 ozs. Cold brew coffee

2 tbsp real pumpkin purée

Dash pumpkin pie spice

1. Blend milk, coffee, pumpkin, and spice in blender.

2. Pour over full glass of ice.

Makes one Grande size drink, less than $1 to make at home, better ingredients, and no sugar!
