Dairyfree Garlic Cream Sauce for Pizza and More! (Paleo, glutenfree)

This was developed by me for my daughter who can’t stand red sauce on her pizza. She prefers a white garlic or Alfredo-type sauce. So far, my younger kids have said it passes the test, haven’t tried it on my daughter, the eldest yet. Stay tuned.

Dairyfree Garlic Cream Sauce for Pizza and More! (Paleo, glutenfree)

  • 2 C raw cashews, soaked 4 hours
  • 1/2-1 C almond or cashew milk
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch fresh cracked black pepper

  1. Soak raw cashews in water for 4 hours. Drain.
  2. Add drained raw soaked cashews to food processor. Process for 90 sec to 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Slowly drizzle in milk, judging the consistency of your sauce, depending on how thin or thick its desired for your recipe. Add less milk for a thicker sauce for pizza, add more if attempting a thinner sauce for a finishing sauce or pasta topper.
  4. Add garlic, s & p, and process.
  5. Add to cooked cauliflower pizza crust, add toppings and bake for a great dairyfree pizza, with or without red sauce. (I prefer without).
