Yummy in my tummy! Someone requested a recipe for salad dressing made with Garlic EVOO, and here’s what I came up with.
Garlic Ginger Salad Dressing
1/4 C White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp coconut nectar*
Pinch cracked black pepper
Blend with an immersion blender.
Serve over greens with grilled chicken, scallions, carrots, slivered almonds.
*omit nectar for Whole30.
