Strawberry Lemon Vinaigrette
1/4 c white balsamic vinegar
2 large over-ripe strawberries
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Dash s&p plus crushed red chilies
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Blend together in a large mouth mason jar with an immersion blender.
I served it on butter lettuce salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, roasted pistachios, cracked black pepper, with a steak cooked in butter with bleu cheese.
