Easy Lemon Garlic Asparagus
I take a cast iron skillet, add 2 tbsp omghee and 1 tsp minced garlic, heat over medium until ghee is melted. Add one bunch trimmed, thin asparagus, salt & pepper, and halved lemons, turning and continue cooking until tender. When served, use hot lemons and squeeze over asparagus for added hot, zesty flavor.
Excellent paired with chicken, seafood, steak, soups, etc.
