The other day I mentioned a trip to Reedley, Ca to buy local pastured pork. If you are Paleo, or on the Whole30, you know how hard it is to find sausage that is sugar-free. I encourage you to find local farms near you and see if they sell through a CSA or if they sell locally. You’d be surprised what you can find locally.
Here is the sausage I got last week, it has minimal ingredients and it has no sugar, which means it is Whole 30 Compliant! And since I am on Day 12, of my Whole 30, I am excited to have some things I did not get to have last time!
1 lb local pastured seasoned pork (If you are in Central California, try Page River Bottom!)
