Cinnamon Almond Coffee Cake

Cake:
2C Otto’s cassava flour
1/2C cashew flour
1/4tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4C Omghee
1/2C honey
1tbsp vanilla
1tbsp coffee
1tbsp cinnamon
1tbsp coconut nectar
4 lg eggs

Topping:
1/2C coconut oil
1/2C coconut nectar or brown sugar
1tbsp cinnamon
1tbsp nutmeg
1C slivered raw almonds

1. Combine cake ingredients and press into a greased 8×8 square baking dish.
2. Combine topping ingredients, spread across top of cake.
3. Bake on 350F for 30 minutes.
Serve warm.
