Easier than you think and better tasting than I thought it would be. Food prep time was less than 5 minutes. Cooking time was less than 10. And I might add, it was a self-contained meal, meat and veggies in one. Sincerely love meals like this.

Spicy as #%^* Kebobs with Spicy Mango Unhoney Mustard (Serves 2)
2 chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes (I buy select pastured chicken breast from Whole Foods)
