This. Was. Easy.

Easier than you think and better tasting than I thought it would be. Food prep time was less than 5 minutes. Cooking time was less than 10. And I might add, it was a self-contained meal, meat and veggies in one. Sincerely love meals like this.

Spicy as #%^* Kebobs with Spicy Mango Unhoney Mustard (Serves 2)

2 chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes (I buy select pastured chicken breast from Whole Foods)

4 sausage links, sliced (I used Aidell’s sausage. Check labels for compliancy for whatever you avoid)

Flavor God Spicy Everything Seasoning (Or any spicy seasoning of your choice)

6 jalapenos, cut into thick circles

1 small purple onion, cut into wedges

6 small gold tomatoes cut in half, or 12 large cherry…
