I have had some things floating around in my brain for a while that I’ve wanted to write down. But frankly, my life has been a bit insane for the past six months. While I’ve managed to keep my Instagram going, I haven’t done so great here getting my recipes written down for ya, and these other thoughts, i.e. food thoughts, ideas, etc., have just been thrown to the side.
I am hoping to get back to the recipes more regularly soon, as well as some good ol’ writing in regards to Whole 30 and Paleo, some of my experiences, some thoughts I’ve had on things I’ve read, and also some retorts to some crazy food bullshit I keep hearing. I hope you’ll stick around, especially if you love rants, because I’m going to be doing that. I haven’t done much of that here, but I have on my MOM BLOG.
So, if you love a foodie putting some good truth bombs out there and maybe some really good advice, come back and see what I’ll be putting down. My mind is in a really good peak place and I am ready to SAY SOME THINGS.
