How To: Bulletproof Coffee

I had a lot of questions on my post earlier about Bulletproof Coffee, so I thought I'd share the recipe. I love to make this a few days a week for a healthy brain boost on days I know I'm going to be extra active, have extra duties on my plate, or just need the added boost of those good fats to get me going (notice I'm relying on the fats NOT the caffeine for my boost). The beneficial fats in grassfed ghee and coconut oil (MCT oil) help make coffee more digestible and offer a nutrient dense way to start your morning off right. If you make this with ghee, it's Whole 30 compliant. My particular favorite ghee is @omgheebutter, and it is Whole30 Approved. Go check those guys out! Bulletproof Coffee: 8 ozs. Organic hot black coffee 1 tbsp. ghee 1 tbsp. @mctlean oil (or coconut oil) Add all ingredients to blender and blend until frothy.
