Omghee, ghee, or coconut oil
Unsweetened dark cacao bar or chips
Optional: coconut nectar
1. Slice potatoes but not all the way through, accordion-style
2. Drizzle with ghee
3. Fill with chocolate and coconut, dust with cinnamon and cacao.
4. Bake 425F for 1 hour.
Optional finishing sauce:
1 tbsp dark cacao bar and equal parts mct oil and honey, melted on low. Drizzle over finished potato.
