I made a lovely double batch of soup and needed to transfer it to Mason jars. The problem? My funnels are all quite small, my soup quite thick. It took way too long trying to get that soup into the jar.
Solution at 10pm, when running to Walmart’s kitchen aisle isn’t an option?
I took a small flexible cutting board, put it into a cone shape, put it into the jar, and ladled my soup. Voila!
