I Like Back Fat and I Cannot Lie

I tried it in my slow cooker today.

I set it on high for about an hour, then back to low for 6 hours, occasionally stirring. Once done, I scooped out the leftover cracklin pieces with a mesh strainer, then poured the liquid into Mason jars with a funnel. Looking forward to cooking breakfast tomorrow!
