Yes, I did it. I unlocked my First PSL at home, because I’m trying hard not to be a sheeple. I have other versions of PSL, but this was a last minute thought at 6am. I knew I needed Bulletproof coffee because I’m severely brain-fogged from a fever and sickness, I also wanted pumpkin…voila! bulletproof PSL!

I took the standard recipe for Bulletproof Coffee, as in the REAL, original version, and simply added to it. No junk, no crap, no sugar, no toxins, no dairy, no gmo nightmare. You get the picture, right?! Is it sweet and sugary like your beloved PSL? No. But I slayed my Sugar Dragon last year, and my palette is quite adjusted by now.

Pumpkin Spice Bulletproof Coffee (Serves 1)
1 large cup HOT coffee
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp mct oil
1 tbsp coconut milk
2 tbsp organic pumpkin*
*you can also use pumpkin spice.

Add all ingredients to blender and give it a whirl. Serve, enjoy and pretend it’s Fall, even though it’s hot as Hades outside, you’re wearing flip flops, and it’s still August!
