Whole 30/ Paleo- Breakfast for Dummies

Not much of an explanation really. But if you insist, here it is: I made breakfast.

Eggs? Check!
Bacon? Check!
Veggies? Check!
Coffee? Check!

Eating a good home-cooked breakfast is only 10 minutes away and has less impact on your schedule than a run through a drive-window, both physically, environmentally and financially.

Just make some eggs and bacon, or pre-cook/batch cook and reheat! Add a fruit or veg (I prefer veggies myself), and you’re all set.

I also recommend making your own coffee or espresso, for all the same reasons. (Coffee post coming soon)

Today I had 2 eggs over easy, pepper bacon, and wilted grapes tomatoes sautéed in coconut oil, and a homemade coconut milk latte.
