I did 30 days of real food: no grains, no dairy, no sugar, no sweeteners, no junk, no treats, no processed foods, no legumes, no alcohol, no carrageenan, no msg, no sulfites, no white potatoes, no paleo-fying desserts, no stepping on a scale, no body measurements. Just goodness and a focus on you and your health, to be whole again.
