Short and Sweet Post: I made croutons for my salad.
I don’t even know the last time I’ve even had a crouton. It’s a long lost and forgotten memory, but we were looking for kitchen greatness tonight (not really). Honestly, what it all boils down to is, I was curious if it was gonna work. Never know unless you try.
I took this crepe from breakfast (or one of its siblings):
I cut it into a bunch of little pieces…
And I turned them over and fried them again.
And then I made this glorious BLT, ETC. Salad. With veggies and bacon and a fried egg and yummy pomegranate red wine vinegar…
